What inspired you to submit to CURVY?
CURVY is a well know book within the creative community, and it is seen as an honor, and a sign of recognition as an artist to be published in it. As I began to start selling my artwork and doing freelance illustration, it was one of my goals to have my artwork published in CURVY.
If you could tell one thing to something thinking of submitting what would it be?
It is an opportunity to get your artwork recognised and get your name out there. It is a competitive industry, and so getting into CURVY is a great chance to get a lot of people to see your art. being published in CURVY is a great achievement, so go submit!

How was it you came to submitting to CURVY?
After years of salivating over the pages of all my Curvy books, I decided to submit to CURVY last year. I saw it is an awesome opportunity to have my work featured amongst talented ladies, gain exposure and have my work published in a beautiful book!
Why do you think other ladies should submit?
I recommend submitting to CURVY because, aside from the fact it has a great reputation, you can show it to your mates, give it as a gift, gain instant cred (I teach wee ones in a Primary School, they thought I was famous….very cute) and get international exposure. Good luck ladies!

What initially drew you to submit your work into CURVY?
I remember buying my first CURVY book back in 2006, being blown away by the standard of work within the pages and thinking how great it would be to one day be a part of such an amazing publication. When I was asked to be one of the feature artists for last year’s book I was completely over the moon!
Why should others submit their work for CURVY in 2012?
Why not! It’s such a rush to see your work published in a book that has seen some amazing artists like Catalina Estrada, Amy Sol, Kukula, Fafi and Audrey Kawasaki grace its pages.

What inspired you to submit to CURVY 7?
I submitted to CURVY because I had a great experience in 2009 and looked forward to buying the book and discovering new artists I hadn’t seen before. There’s always such a variety of styles mixed up in the one publication and the artists are from all over the world.
What would you tell someone out there who was thinking of submitting to future issues?
CURVY is a gorgeous compendium full of thought-provoking and eye-catching artwork, and it’s wonderful to see your own work in amongst that of such talented ladies.
