For one week in December a stunning residential warehouse conversion home in Fitzroy is being transformed to create a pop up event unlike any other.
A natural progression for The Design Files, The Design Files Open House is the ultimate stylised Melbourne home with an added dimension – everything is for available for purchase during open house and online after the event.
Over 70 designers and artists have been handpicked to participate in this never before seen concept. From bed linen to books, artwork, furniture, kitchenware and lighting, each and every item within the space can be purchased on the spot. An excellent selection of local designers, artists, makers and retailers will fill the entire house.
There will even be a complete garden wall installed, as well as an open air rooftop cafe. Plus a flower stall by a fabulous local floral designer, cooking demonstrations in the modern open-plan kitchen, as well as events every day and night.
